코로나 재앙을 생각하는 것만으로도 순간 순간 나 자신도 억제하기 힘들게 울컥해진다.

우리 지구촌 모든 인종에게 얼마나 큰 재앙인지 필설로 다 할수가 없는 일이다.

더 더욱이 수없는 무고한 사람들이 잔인한 코로나 바이러스에 감염되어 고귀한 생명을 

잃는 다는 것은 형언하기 힘든 아픔이며 깊은 슬픔이 아닐수가 없다.

그가 꼬옥 잡던 손길을 잊을 수가 없다.

그의 눈빛을 잊을 수가 없다.

한순간 홀로 얼마나 흐느끼며 눈물을 쏟아야 했는지 그 자체가 고뇌요 슬픔 이었다.

한주의 근무를 맞추고 돌아와 샤워를 맞추고 조용히 며칠전 부활절날에 홀로 텅빈

밀라노 두오모 성당에서 코로나 바이러스로 고통받는 세상과 사회와 지구촌의 모든

인류에게 보내는 위로와 희망의 메세지를 담아 보내는 의미로 홀로 안드레아 보첼리가

공연하며 방영된 몇곡을 듣고 있다.

절로 눈을 지그시 감게 되고 묵묵히 천장을 바라보며 깊은 아픔과 슬픔을 가슴 깊이 

억누르고 있다. 아니 긴 호홉을 한번 하고 울컥하는 심정을 도닥이고 있다.

오늘로서 감염자 수가 60만이 넘었다. 우리 도시에만도 이제 만명이 넘고 우리

주에만도 2만 5천명이 넘고 지구촌 전체에197만명이 넘어가고 있다. 언제나 이 

재앙이 끝이날지 현제로서는 기약이 없는 실정이다.
